Riverdell Care Center

Riverdell Care Center 4 star facility is a 60 bed Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility.  We also accept most managed care insurance plans. We provide specialized therapy services including physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our professional staff is qualified to provide 24-hour skilled services for rehab to home short stays as well as long-term placement.  It is important to us for all our resident’s needs, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual, to be met.  Upon admission a comprehensive life history is taken to help identify those needs and aid the management team in developing treatment goals for residents. Our social service manager and activities managers work closely together to plan a full schedule of activities to meet all residents’ interests and hobbies.  We also offer opportunities for our Residents both in house and community to attend religious services.
